2:30pm Doors Open and Guest Arrive

(As the cars pull in there will be a drop off area at the Ceremony space, drivers will then follow signs to the parking lot and walk or be shuttled back to the ceremony.)

3:00pm Ceremony Starts

3:30pm Cocktail Hour

(The shuttles will be carry bride and groom, bridal party, and parents to photos. Guest will need to walk to Reception space.)

4:30pm Reception

5pm Grand Entrance

9:45pm Grand Exit

If you arrive late to the ceremony, we understand life happens, however the road that leads into the venue goes right past the ceremony. If you are late you will need to wait till the ceremony is over before you can enter the venue and park.
